Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber
Polycrystalline mullite fiber (PCW) is a high-performance refractory insulation material designed for continuous service in the 1400–1600 °C range and beyond. Thanks to its fine crystalline mullite structure, PCW combines very low linear shrinkage, low thermal conductivity, and excellent chemical stability in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. In demanding applications—such as steel reheating furnaces, glass furnace crowns, aluminum melting furnaces, and advanced thermal equipment—PCW products (bulk, blankets, modules, and boards) provide a long-life, lightweight lining solution where conventional ceramic fiber or lower-temperature bio-soluble fibers can no longer meet performance or lifetime requirements.

Ceramic Fiber Paper is a lightweight, flexible, and high-performance insulation material designed for industrial furnaces, kilns, and thermal equipment. Manufactured from high-purity ceramic fiber with advanced wet-forming technology, it provides excellent thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, and superior sealing performance. With uniform thickness and easy-to-cut flexibility, ceramic fiber paper is widely used in gasket sealing, lining insulation, and as an asbestos replacement in high-temperature environments.
Penetrating High-Efficiency Reinforcing Modifier
The Penetrating High-Efficiency Reinforcing Modifier is a liquid treatment designed to strengthen refractory fibers, lightweight bricks, and dense castables from the inside out. Unlike conventional surface coatings, it deeply penetrates the substrate, forming a gradient density structure that resists cracking, delamination, and thermal shock. By sealing surface pores, it improves thermal efficiency, reduces gas absorption, and prevents metal infiltration. Tailored formulations are available for different materials (fibers, bricks, and dense refractories), making it highly versatile across industries such as steel, petrochemical, ceramics, and metal smelting.
