Firebird Fireclay & Sillimanite Bottom Blocks are Shaped by using advanced vibrating casting technology on a large vibration platform, these blocks are sintered in high temperature shuttle kilns, ensuring maximum durability and performance. Precision processing with cutting-edge milling, drilling, and cutting equipment ensures their six surfaces meet the highest quality standards.
Firebird lightweight Insulation blocks give furnace designers more choices in specific areas to reduce mortar joints and significant fuel & labor savings. The large-scale machine shop at the factory is capable of supplying accurately machined slabs & shapes with tolerance +/-1mm.
Uniform Structure: Consistency of the material throughout the block ensures optimal performance.
High Density & Low Porosity: This characteristic enhances the block’s resistance to high temperatures and the erosive nature.
High Refractoriness Under Load (RUL): Maintains its physical integrity under high temperature and pressure, ensuring longevity.
Precise Tolerance: Accurate manufacturing allows a perfect fit in various furnace applications.
The lightweight insulation blocks are crafted from selected alumina-silicate raw materials, extrusion to shaping, sintered in high-temperature tunnel kiln, saw & grind to finished shapes.
Specialized Grades:
FLG135-1.20 Grade: A medium-strength insulating block with a 10MPa Cold Crushing Strength. These blocks, shaped by using specialized molds, are finely ground to achieve dimensional accuracy within a tolerance of +/-1mm.
FLG130-1.30 Grade: Crafted from selected high-quality raw materials, these blocks stand out with their impressive
20MPa Cold Crushing Strength.
