Firebird’s Insulating Firebrick Roof Modules (Hanger Bricks) are specifically engineered for ceramic kiln roof systems, offering exceptional insulation properties. Thanks to their innovative design, they help streamline the installation process, significantly cutting down on-site setup time and ensuring superior performance in high-temperature environments.

 

Insulating Firebrick Roof Modules (Hanger Bricks) are formed through casting, extrusion, or foaming techniques and undergo high-temperature sintering in a natural gas-fired tunnel kiln. After precise grinding to the required dimensions, they are carefully packaged using ISPM15-certified pallets or non-fumigated plywood for secure transportation.
