Introduction of Refractory Bonding Adhesive

The adhesive develops initial bonding strength within 30 minutes and achieves high mechanical strength after only 3 hours of natural curing, significantly reducing installation and repair time. After exposure to high temperature, the bonding layer forms a stable ceramic bond, ensuring reliable long-term performance in refractory linings.

Typical Bonding Applications

  • Ceramic fiber to refractory bricks
  • Ceramic fiber to castables
  • Fiber blanket or module bonding
  • Refractory lining repair
  • Composite refractory lining structures

Why It Matters

✔ Reduce furnace repair time

✔ Improve lining integrity

✔ Enable fast bonding between different refractory materials

✔ Suitable for maintenance and repair operations
