GMK Anorthite Insulating Firebricks are made by blending clay and plaster, when fired, the lime from the plaster reacts with the clay to form anorthite, the plaster decomposes, losing about 70% of its weight, leaving micro porosity and very low thermal conductivity of finished brick.
GMK Anorthite Insulating Firebricks are manufactured in compliance with international industry standard, which is a kind high efficiency, energy saving, environment friendly refractory insulating products.

Firebird Corundum Bricks are made from high purity tabular alumina, fused alumina, sintered in high temperature shuttle kiln. The bricks possess characters of high density, high purity, low porosity, and good thermal shock resistance.
Firebird Corundum bricks can withstand corrosion attack in oxidizing atmospheres and highly reducing atmospheres. It can also withstand high temperature hydrogen attack.
Firebird Corundum Brick is available in standard brick sizes (straight, arches and wedges) as well as custom plates and shapes.
Widely used in the industries such as fertilizer, electro ceramics, petrochemical, steel, foundry, alloy steel, refractories, etc. Typical application such as secondary reformer and gas generator lining, catalyst bed support, channel induction furnace, reheating furnace hearth, skid rails, saggers, etc.

Insulation blocks are available in Firebird, which require no mortar joints to produce sizes up to 610*500*100mm. These blocks give furnace designer more choices on specific area to reduce mortar joints and significant fuel & labor savings.
A large scale machine shop at the factory is capable of supplying accurate machined shapes. Single brick tolerance is within +/-1mm while pre-assembled tolerance can be strict controlled according to drawings.
Firebird insulation blocks are divided into:
a. FJM23, FJM26, FJM28 grade according to ASTM standard;
b. High strength insulation blocks with CCS reach 10MPa
Glass furnace sidewall and bottom insulation, port insulation, tin bath roof, etc.
Ceramics roller kiln, tunnel kiln, pusher kiln, etc.
Other industrial furnaces where less mortar joint is required.

Firebird Silica Insulating Firebricks choose high purity silica sand as main raw material, adding porous material to create small pores, dry pressed or extruded to shape, sintered at high temperature and grinding to shapes.
Our silica insulating firebricks enjoy the characters such as:
● Density low to 0.6g/cm3, ideal material for energy saving
● High refractoriness under load, similar to dense silica brick
● Strong acid-resistant slag erosion
● Good high temperature mechanical strength
● Low thermal conductivity
● Less residual quartz;
● Accurate dimension tolerance

Microporous Board is composed by fine powder and fibrous materials, and formed by special compressing process. The average pore size is equal to or less than the mean free path of air molecules at standard atmospheric pressure. So the board has a lower thermal conductivity than the still air, which is ideal high temperature insulation material. The board have certain strength and can be covered by aluminum foil or PE foil.
Backup insulation in industrial furnace or equipment, such as ceramic kilns, glass furnace, feeding machines and chemical plants. Insulation for ladle and casting equipments.
